September 1st, 2024 Overview and purpose of role The Global & ProductCommunicationsAssistant supports the team with the preparation of all assets for press usage, from packshots to lookbooks and press releases.
(S)he supports the preparation fashion week events (from a PR standpoint), as well as reporting on media performance.
(S)he is a point person for regional offices, for samples sourcing and delivery.
Key responsibilities track of all press coverage worldwide, especially the one related to big projects, co-sponsored editorial, ChristianLouboutin's interviews regional weekly editorials, create an archive of all best coverage the worldwide printed magazines HQ library the logistics for the creation of seasonal lookbooks and collection presentation events (sending out samples, getting them back) regional offices with samples for special editorials:
source products, create a timeline for deliveries and returns, follow shipment the good reception of seasonal press samples and ensure timely delivery.
React and support in case of late deliveries the activities run on Launchmetrics (collection samples naming, reporting) Skills and requirements skills and sense of priority and enthusiastic and problem solving, calm under pressure sensitivity proficiency package:
